INTERSTATE BRANDS COMPANIES is seeking several

well-rounded Sanitation Supervisors for its Biddeford Bread &

Cake manufacturing facility. This position will require the

applicant to oversee supervision of 30 to 40 (2-3 crews)

employees responsible for plant sanitation, ensuring the plant’s

compliance with food processing industry standards. The

successful applicants must be familiar with FDA and AIB

regulatory Sanitation requirements, supervisory experience,

and strong communication skills.
