SEATTLE, Dec. 15 — A city renown for its world-class coffee and world-class food now has a restaurant that has combined the two in one menu item. Rippe’s, Seattle’s “Blue Jeans” steakhouse, has introduced the Seattle Signature Steak, a tender filet dredged in a spicy, smoky rub created with ground Starbucks(R) coffee beans.
