I’m terribly befuddled as to why, all of a sudden, no one in front of me is able to execute a right turn on a red light. They tiptoe toward the line… waiting, waiting… people honk. People gesture. There’s no traffic at all. No one goes. What’s the story folks? Take the turn. Get out of the way.
