Suddenly the oven won’t light.
Repair call: $45.
Estimate for fix: $475 for parts alone.
No thanks. New range arrives Wednesday.
This is literally the worst range I’ve ever had to deal with. Not only is it unreliable (and Kitchenaid ranges have the worst repair rating of all brands in Consumer Reports), but it’s loud as hell when the oven is on thanks to them essentially bolting the electronics onto the back of the oven, thus requiring a monstrous fan to cool them.
